The landowner would like someone to sustainably manage and harvest hay on the land. The land could be used for harvesting the hay, or turned over for veggies or other growing. Farm pond on site for water access. One of the ~6 acre organic blueberry fields has been de-rocked and would be easily harvestable, where the other is not quite fully de-rocked, but still fruitful.
