How it Works

Maine FarmLink - a program of Maine Farmland Trust, is a linking service that helps connect people who are seeking farmland with farmland owners (or their representatives) who are looking to sell, lease or work out non-traditional tenure arrangements based on their respective interests, needs and goals.

FarmLink

Anyone can browse the property listings on FarmLink, but you must register to create a listing or profile, and to contact farmland owners or farm seekers. Our coordinator can help you list your property on the site and connect you with technical assistance and resources to support you through buying, selling, or leasing land.

  1. Register!
  2. If you have farmland available, create a farm property listing; if you are looking for farmland, create a farm seeker profile that describes your farm interests.
  3. Connect with landowners and seekers about opportunities.
  4. Get updates and resources from Maine FarmLink.
  5. Reach out to our FarmLink Coordinator to receive assistance throughout your search.
