I have minimal farm experience. Although I have worked on a farm and enjoy the labor intensive lifestyle. Growing things and homesteading are my passions.

What I would like to do is grow and process industrial hemp for fiber, building materials, and natural plastics. This is the future of sustainable living. I am looking for land that is would be suitable for growing large quantities of industrial hemp, a space to house the processing equipment, potentially a house to live in with my young daughter and business partners, and if at all possible, I am also very interested in building a small community. These two ideas may not be feasible but ideally, it would be a cluster of 5 to 15 small homes, tiny homes and/or ADU’s in one area of the property where my family and team of business partners/farmers would live while keeping the business running. I truly believe hemp is our future and want to be part of its rise in the Northeast. If anyone out there is interested in partnering with me in this venture, I would love to talk.
