Eleanor Melanson

Hi everyone! Hard working couple living in Acton and looking for either seller financing or leasing options. We have 3 horses, 2 donkeys, and chickens. We would love to be able to homestead and grow our own hay. We both work full time so have a steady income not relying on farm production, but the market these days makes having a farm to call our own a distant dream. We are also willing to join another family who could use the help and making it a wonderful group effort. Ideally we would like to stay between Wells and Westbrook.

We are still working on a business plan at this time, it’s hard to have a plan before things pan out.
