With Jon’s horticultural background and Jillian’s houseplant business experience, along with the couples passion for gardening, the two are looking to put their skills together and start their own working homestead.

Grateful Acres is intended to combine traditional farming practices and apothecary. The farm will provide many traditional farm stand items, as well as medicinal and healing herbs, mushrooms and apothecary products. Grateful Acres will also serve as a community event space, coordinating and hosting a range of different events, such as workshops and live music.
