Lisa Hargest

Lisa- I worked for an organic vegetable farm in Oregon for 8 years, and then for an organic fruit orchard for 5 years. I also raised my own herd of milk cows, chickens, and pigs on leased land for ~5 years. I have experience with propagation, direct seeding, tractor operation, harvesting, and processing many varieties of vegetables and fruits. I have also done quite a bit of pruning, farmers markets, and some farm maintenance/building work. I have been working for a soil health lab for the last year. Anthony- He has ~10 years of experience growing cannabis, 4 years of landscaping, and gardening. He is also good at maintenance on vehicles and buildings.

I need to write up an official business plan. But generally, I would like to start a diversified regenerative farm. I would grow vegetable seeds, vegetables, fruit, small scale livestock, and value added products such as kimchi, sauerkraut, and salad dressing. I would direct market my products to the local community and larger towns within a 2 hour driving distance when necessary.
