Business Plan and/or future farming vision and goals:

Our vision is to build a resilient, family-centered homestead that honors traditional methods while creating high-quality, locally rooted products. We are committed to stewarding our land with care, focusing on sustainable practices that improve soil health, support biodiversity, and produce nutrient-dense food and goods for our community. In the coming years, we plan to expand into diversified garlic production, cultivating premium seed and culinary garlic suited to our region. Alongside this, we aim to raise grass-fed beef with a focus on ethical animal husbandry and regenerative grazing practices that enrich the land while producing wholesome, high-quality meat. We also plan to develop a greenhouse operation to grow seasonal vegetables and cut flowers, extending our growing season and offering fresh, locally grown produce and blooms throughout more of the year. This will allow us to serve our community more consistently while creating a balanced and diversified farm system. In addition to our agricultural goals, we are dedicated to continuing the growth of our natural skincare business. Using traditional ingredients like tallow, beeswax, and botanicals, we aim to expand our product line while maintaining our commitment to small-batch, handcrafted quality. Together, these efforts support our long-term goal of creating a sustainable, diversified farm and business that provides for our family, contributes to our local economy, and preserves traditional skills for future generations.
