We have experience in working with and caring for horses.

Our business plan is to have an equestrian facility with up to six horses. There is a high demand for boarding facilities in Maine and with many farms closing, the demand has increased. This has resulted in crowded farms and higher board prices. Our goal is to have a quality farm that focuses on the health and care that a small operation can focus on. We would like to also have enough land to produce hay to feed the horses and sell to other farmers. In the past years, many boarding facilities have had to purchase hay from sources outside of the State which has put an increased demand on forage prices.
