The property is an old granite quarry with water in multiple spots. There are 2 vegetable gardens that could be expanded. As well as flower/herb beds in multiple areas. There are spots for goats/chickens. Sugaring and wood harvesting are being done as well.

A stone fabrication business is run on the property as well as the farming. We want to see a couple or small family come on board and learn the property and the business so they can take over as managers. They would start out in one of the employee houses with the option to move into the main/manager house down the road.
