The land was originally orchard and cow grazing (50+ years ago). Nothing has been done to the land and there have been no chemicals or fertilizers used in many decades. There is a house on the property that is used as a family vacation home (4 seasons) and is not available. If fenced, the land would be suitable for grazing, preferably by goats and/or sheep.
